BEDrock plays at Squaw Valley

The Bioengineering Division (BED) of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) holds its annual Summer Bioengineering Conference in a mountain or ocean resort venue.  Professor Hung plays keyboards for a band named BEDrock comprised of bioengineering/biomedical engineering faculty and colleagues from various academic institutions.  This group has played to conference attendees in Miami, Vail, Keystone and this past June in Squaw Valley.  Other BEDrock regulars include Professors Joel Berry (Wake Forest, guitar), Danny Bluestein (SUNY Stony Brook, guitar), Alan Eberhardt (UA Birmingham, vocals+drums), and Jimmy Moore (Texas A&M, vocals+bass).  The group will be performing at the upcoming Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) meeting in Pittsburgh this October.
