Morrison and Banta receive funding for FACSCanto II flow cytometer

Professors Barclay Morrison (Biomedical Engineering) and Scott Banta (Chemical Engineering) recently received funding from the Defense University Research Instrumentation Program (DURIP) for the purchase of a Becton Dickinson FACSCanto II flow cytometer. DURIP is administered through the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Army Research Office, and the Office of Naval Research, and supports the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment that augments current university capabilities or develops new university capabilities to perform cutting-edge defense research.
